Several months ago I decided to start a blog, so I picked out a name and set up a page. Then I got busy with other things. Not blogging, obviously.Now I think I may be ready to try again, but first I have to learn how to do it. This little post is a first attempt to see if I can actually get started.
Just a note about how I chose my name: A couple of years I learned that I have celiac disease. The only way to manage it is to rid your diet of all gluten--forever. For most celiacs, this represents a huge change. So I thought I might try to blog (yak) about the experience. Hence, "celiyak." Yeah, it's corny. But, hey, corn is allowed!
